Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Management: Utilize Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
• Data Validation: Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information, and prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data for the sales team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified, providing necessary updates and follow-up to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs, and proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
• Documentation: Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action, ensuring consistency in data entry and reporting.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Proven Experience: A proven track record in data entry or a related field, with a strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
• Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and analytical skills, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of data management.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear updates and follow-up to the sales team.
• Analytical Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales Experience: Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
