Job Summary
As a US Pharma Customer Team Representative (CTR), you'll be the primary point of contact for a diverse range of customers within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a territory-level business plan that aligns with arenaflex's policies, standards, and ethics
- Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and certification on the arenaflex portfolio
- Engaging in balanced product sales discussions with healthcare providers and professionals to align customer needs with arenaflex products
- Providing regular updates to arenaflex management on customer needs, feedback, and marketplace dynamics
- Offering key insights to customers through ongoing review of arenaflex promotional materials and attendance at product workshops and conferences
- Regularly monitoring business performance against objectives using arenaflex-provided tools
Key Responsibilities

Position Qualifications
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 3 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in professional sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices)
- Required Experience and Skills:
+ Demonstrated excellence in current or previous educational or professional roles + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to work both independently and within a team environment + Strong organizational and time management skills + Valid Driver's license
- Preferred Experience and Skills:
+ Ability to convey technical concepts accurately and clearly + Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience + Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives
