Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newton, IA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing exceptional patient support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers to ensure successful service delivery
- Obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of information received from referrals
- Creating orders and scheduling patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing exceptional patient support and education on equipment usage and maintenance
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support
Requirements:
* 1 year of customer service experience (retail and restaurant experience are acceptable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to work 3-4 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the healthcare industry or medical equipment sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $16.00/hour
