Job Summary
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and stakeholders through various channels, including online focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. You'll have the opportunity to participate in a range of topics, from child-related issues to entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, automobiles, and more. Responsibilities
As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, automobiles, and more
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel and providing honest feedback on products and services
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Utilizing a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop and having access to a reliable internet connection
- Reading, understanding, and following oral and written instructions
- Working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No experience required, but the ability to work independently is essential
Experience
While experience is not required, you'll need to be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in online focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions will be essential in this role.
