About the Role

As a Junior Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. These studies are designed to gather valuable insights and feedback from participants, which will be used to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experiences. Your role will involve:

• Participating in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
• Completing written and oral instructions as required
• Completing written surveys for each panel
• Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
• Demonstrating a willingness to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below

Key Responsibilities:

* Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time

• Participate by completing written and oral instructions
• Complete written survey provided for each panel
• MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date

Qualifications:

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop

• Must have access to a reliable internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No experience required, but must be able to work independently

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or its equivalent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

• Familiarity with online survey tools and software
