Job Summary
As a Full Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional consumer experience. You'll be responsible for meeting with customers directly on a daily basis to review available products and services and initiate the sales process. You'll ensure accurate entry of customer contact information, maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers, and handle all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face. You'll also exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services, resolving customer issues in a friendly and helpful way, and assisting the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with customers directly on a daily basis to review available products and services and initiate the sales process
- Ensure accurate entry of customer contact information
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers
- Handle all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face
- Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services
- Resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful way
- Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a business consulting or sales environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Certification in customer service or sales
- Fluency in multiple languages
