Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing a superior level of customer service to arenaflex members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional judgement-free member experience.
• Answering phones in a friendly manner using our information script.
• Greeting members, signing up and touring new members, and logging amenities.
• Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Processing beverage or merchandise purchases through our point of sale system.
• Promoting our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with point of sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Previous experience in the fitness industry.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness principles.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy:

• Competitive pay and schedule hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
