Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person. You'll be the face of our company, and your role will be critical in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Agent at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting clients with scheduling appointments and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Handling a variety of customer service tasks, from order processing to pricing updates, with accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting the sales and business development teams with customer service needs, including providing product information and recommendations
  • Prioritizing and managing urgent tasks to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Prior Epicor knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level across the organization
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and prompt arrival to scheduled shifts
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to be cross-trained in other departments to help with unexpectedly high demands

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and deadlines
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry is a plus, but not required
