Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused
  • Appropriately communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute (wpm) with accuracy and speed
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
  • Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products or services
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in additional languages
