Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Support: Support customers via email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guiding Customers: Guide customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings and services.
  • Troubleshooting Issues: Troubleshoot issues related to the website, app, and in-car software, working closely with external teams to resolve complex problems and provide solutions.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Collaborate with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance, acting as a bridge between the customer and our teams to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Maintaining High Standards: Ensure every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and understood, providing clear and empathetic communication, especially in conflict situations.
  • Managing High-Volume Calls: Maintain strict adherence to the assigned schedule and manage high-volume inbound calls, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring that every interaction is handled efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Background Check: Successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Work Schedule: Be able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed.
  • Adherence to Schedule: Maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule.
  • Computer Skills: Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate courteous and friendly behavior, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Adaptability: Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Time Management: Possess strong time management and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple applications while talking to customers on the phone.
  • Experience: Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Work-from-Home Experience: Previous work-from-home experience.
  • Email and Chat Support: Prior experience with email and chat support.
  • Customer Support Software: Prior experience using customer support/relationship management software or similar systems.
  • Automotive Experience: Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success.
  • Passion for Automotive Topics: A passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles.
