Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Returns and Pickup Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and preparing packages for delivery, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You will work in designated retail locations, where it's convenient for our customers, and will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

  • Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and support
  • Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
  • Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
  • Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing

Physical Demands

* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
  • Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

  • Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to a grocery store.
  • Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes.

* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
