As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare customer service, one interaction at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist patients with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of healthcare services and products

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update patient information as necessary
  • Upsell current patients on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare setting (or a related field)
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and families
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
