Job Summary
As an eCommerce Specialist - Video Chat, you'll be responsible for assisting guests with registering for Disability Access Service, addressing accessibility needs, and supporting guests' digital experience through our website and My arenaflex Experience app. You'll also be responsible for managing bookings, handling sensitive situations with integrity, and meeting departmental metric expectations.
Responsibilities
- Proactively answering guest accessibility-related questions and making recommendations to improve support for guests with disabilities
- Communicating efficiently through video/phone calls and balancing multiple chat interactions and computer applications while being engaged and comfortable in video calls
- Assessing the level of support needed for different disabilities (e.g., hearing, mobility, visual, cognitive) based on each guest's needs
- Maintaining integrity during intensified interactions and difficult conversations when making confident decisions, understanding when to raise concerns to Coordinator/Working Lead/Salaried Leader
- Meeting required departmental metric expectations and efficiency goals when handling guest accounts
- Completing all required arenaflex training and compliance courses
- Being flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
Must-Have Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Strong communication (video/phone, chat) skills
- Proficiency in various software applications
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center environment
Good-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or accessibility needs
- Bilingualism
- Knowledge of arenaflex Parks and tools (e.g., Disneyland App, My arenaflex Experience, Live Engage, Guest Service Suite, MDX, VINCENT, Zendesk, Avaya)
Work Environment and Culture
As an eCommerce Specialist - Video Chat, you'll be working in an inbound contact center located at arenaflex Central in Orlando, Florida. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional guest service, and we're looking for individuals who share this passion.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting pay rate for this position is $18.90/hour. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
