Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced setting
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
* Able to attend 4 weeks of training Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge
* Flexible scheduling after completion of training, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week required
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Positive and professional demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
