Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, chat, email, and TEAMS
- Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented
- Educating callers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact
- Participating in required testing and meeting performance expectations
- Working independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adhering to assigned schedules and rotating shifts, which may include working early morning or late evening hours
- Working overtime as required to meet business needs
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Independent, sound decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Experience working in a medical office setting or with the senior population
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Training and Development
As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive 12-14 week training program, which includes:
- On-site training for the first half of the program
- Multiple on-site training sessions for the last half of the program
- Rotating shifts and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits
