This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a tech-savvy spirit. You'll need to have a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our requirements, including a personal computer, a webcam, and a headset with a microphone for video calls.

As a Customer Service Home Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
