The Role

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate assistance to our customers through live chat, email, and social media channels. Your primary goal will be to offer exceptional customer service, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities:
