Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative III, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolving complex customer issues and providing tailored solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in our system accurately.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Consistently meeting performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Staying up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Average Handle Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Quality Monitoring (QM) score of 95% or higher

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative III, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or call center management.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
