Responsibilities
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative III, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.

- Maintaining and updating customer records in our system accurately.

Requirements
To be successful as a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative III, you'll need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
