Responsibilities:

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome.
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest product and service information.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues to help improve our products and services.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or chat support environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software applications.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with chat software, email clients, and other customer support tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
