Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to arenaflex services, and providing timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Assisting customers with tracking packages, scheduling pickups, and handling delivery issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Providing support for billing and account-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolving customer concerns in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues when necessary, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred).
• Previous customer service experience (call center or remote support is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure and think critically to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
