Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to arenaflex services, and providing timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Assisting customers with tracking packages, scheduling pickups, and handling delivery issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Providing support for billing and account-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolving customer concerns in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues when necessary, ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred).
- Previous customer service experience (call center or remote support is a plus).
