Position Overview

We're seeking part-time Remote Data Entry Specialists to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering, verifying, and updating data across multiple platforms with a high level of accuracy. You'll also be responsible for organizing and maintaining data systems for easy retrieval and reporting, conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies, collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and achieve project goals, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

* Input, verify, and update data across multiple platforms with a high level of accuracy.

  • Organize and maintain data systems for easy retrieval and reporting.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve data entry skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
