The Role

As a TikTok Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us analyze and organize data related to TikTok content trends, engagement metrics, and user feedback. Your work will contribute to optimizing campaigns and creating data-driven strategies for our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update TikTok-related data accurately into our systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.

• Monitor TikTok trends and assist with compiling relevant data, including metrics on engagement, reach, and audience behavior.
• Organize and maintain reports, including metrics on engagement, reach, and audience behavior, to help inform our clients' social media strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and accuracy, and to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform quality checks to identify inconsistencies or errors in the data, and to ensure that all data is accurate and reliable.

Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.

• Proficiency in basic computer software, including Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with TikTok and its trending topics, including hashtags, challenges, and other popular content.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to take initiative.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Preferred Skills

* Prior experience in data entry or content analysis, including experience working with social media metrics and tools.

• Knowledge of social media metrics and tools, including analytics software and content scheduling platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis, including data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with arenaflex's social media management tools and platforms, including Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
