Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics data management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently overseeing and updating logistics data for designated vendors: You'll be responsible for accurately updating vendor information, ensuring that our internal catalog is consistent and up-to-date.
  • Accurately identifying and addressing delivery or vendor-related challenges: With your exceptional problem-solving skills, you'll be able to address any issues that arise with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with vendors: You'll work closely with vendors to resolve any challenges or modify schedules as necessary, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Collaborating with team members to rectify inaccuracies in merchant data: As part of our collaborative team environment, you'll work with colleagues to identify and resolve any inaccuracies in merchant data.
  • Escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary: When faced with complex issues, you'll know when to escalate them to supervisors for effective resolution.
  • Gathering item-level data from merchants: You'll be responsible for gathering item-level data from merchants, ensuring that our internal catalog is consistent and accurate.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities: You'll be responsible for managing multiple data streams, so attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal: You'll need to communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and supervisors, so strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly: You'll be faced with challenges and issues on a daily basis, so the ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently is crucial.
  • Extensive experience in data entry and management: A strong background in data entry and management is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Employment Type
