The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Operations Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). While we prefer a schedule of 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, we offer flexibility in scheduling these hours to accommodate the right candidate. As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers, developing our sales strategies, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer support via email and phone, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing information and guidance on our platform and services
- Create user guides and documentation to support customer understanding and adoption of our platform
- Assist in developing outbound sales strategies, with potential commission structure, to drive growth and revenue
- Learn and advise on Australian raffle regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices
- Become an expert in arenaflex's platform and features, providing in-depth knowledge and support to customers
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Guide clients through permit applications and raffle setup processes, providing clear and concise instructions
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation and compliance
- Contribute to various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creative and effective solutions
- Proficiency with technology and a quick learner of new systems, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, with a willingness to pivot and adjust to changing priorities
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
- Interest in or experience with the non-profit sector, with a passion for supporting and empowering charitable organizations
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote work, with a commitment to maintaining high levels of productivity and focus
