Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer care representative to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to our clients across various projects. Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred - 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
