The Role

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice guiding our customers through their inquiries. This remote role offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, providing essential customer service through live chat support. You'll help ensure arenaflex customers receive the best possible experience by assisting with tracking, shipping, account issues, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries and provide solutions

  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting with various customer concerns
  • Accurately document customer interactions and ensure follow-up when needed
  • Troubleshoot issues related to shipments, deliveries, and arenaflex services
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance goals, including response time and quality standards

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
