Job Overview We’re offering an energetic, fast‑paced opportunity through our Independent Life Insurance Agent – Business Partnership Fast‑Track Program (1099), designed for aspiring sales professionals who want to build their own business with genuine support behind them. We conduct 1‑on‑1 interviews — not cattle‑call Zoom Calls with 30 people on the same screen. If you’re going to build a business, you deserve individual attention from day one. We’re in the “If I only knew then what I know now” industry — educating families on how to maximize life insurance, living benefits, and IUL strategies to impact both current and future generations. Territory & Client Management

- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow‑up
- Upsell additional products to maximize revenue
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Track pipeline activity, follow‑ups, and policy progress
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication
