About LCD Nutrition LCD Nutrition is a growing private practice focused on personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. We specialize in medical nutrition therapy, behavior change, and long-term health outcomes, working closely with physician referrals. Our approach blends clinical expertise with practical, sustainable strategies tailored to each patient. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our team. This is a fully remote role for a dietitian licensed in Utah, Illinois, or Ohio who is passionate about patient-centered care, behavior change, and building long-term client relationships. This role will start at approximately 26 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, personalized 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling sessions
• Guide patients through ongoing care with a goal of minimum 12-session engagement
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Maintain timely, insurance-compliant documentation and charting
• Review labs, medical history, and provider referrals
• Support patient retention and rebooking
• Communicate with referring providers as needed
• Maintain engagement with patients between sessions
• Assist with:
• Educational handouts and resources
• Social media or content development
• Contribute to quarterly patient progress reports
• Stay current with evidence-based nutrition practices and emerging topics

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
• Active Utah state licensure (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of experience in nutrition counseling/private practice
• Strong skills in motivational interviewing and behavior change
• Experience with:
• Gastrointestinal conditions
• Women’s health and hormones
• Chronic disease management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $29–$38 per hour, based on experience
• Additional benefits:
• $100 annual CEU reimbursement
