Role Overview Seeking Emergency Medicine specialists to contribute clinical expertise to high-acuity evaluation projects focused on rapid decision-making, emergency care workflows, and evidence-based clinical reasoning. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop realistic emergency care scenarios based on frontline clinical practice
- Create high-quality reference responses for acute care and critical decision-making cases
- Evaluate generated outputs using structured clinical review criteria
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve overall response quality
- Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions
Who We Are Looking For
- Emergency Medicine physicians across general EM and dual-specialty pathways including EM/IM and EM/Pediatrics
- Professionals experienced in triage, resuscitation, procedural care, and disposition planning
- Individuals with strong clinical judgment in high-pressure care environments
- Candidates with excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills
- Residents and practicing physicians with relevant Emergency Medicine training are encouraged to apply
