Appointment Setter / Sales Rep - Commission Only
We’re looking for high-energy salespeople who are hungry, disciplined, and ready to work. This is a remote, commission-only role where you’ll be calling business owners, setting qualified Zoom appointments, and helping connect them with services that can actually grow their business. You’ll be expected to average 150–200 outbound calls per day and book 5–10 qualified appointments per day. This is not for someone who needs a base salary, hates rejection, or wants an easy remote job. We want confident, coachable people with strong phone energy who are motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential. You must be comfortable speaking with business owners, following a script, tracking your activity, and staying consistent every day. Responsibilities:
- Make 150–200 outbound calls daily
- Book 5–10 qualified Zoom appointments daily
- Speak with business owners professionally
- Follow scripts and sales processes
- Track calls, appointments, and results

Compensation: 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Pay: $60,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year Benefits:
