Call Center Customer Service Representative – 1099 Independent Contractor
Job Description:
- Answer inbound and outbound calls from to support customers of various clients
- Accurately enter information into our client database
- Provide a high level of customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free work environment
- Demonstrating consistent, high-level performance may lead to enhanced opportunities and expanded roles.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office (brick-and-mortar) call center experience
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong soft skills, including active listening, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service, effectively addressing customer questions and concerns
- Quiet, dedicated home office environment suitable for handling customer interactions
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor (This role does not include employee benefits such as medical, vision, tax withholding, or life insurance)
