Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations, market trends, and organizational performance
- Develop strategic recommendations to improve business growth and efficiency
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial assessments
- Collaborate with clients and leadership teams to identify business opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic planning documents
- Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of consulting engagements
- Present findings and recommendations to executives and clients
- Stay informed on industry trends, economic conditions, and market developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or management consulting
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with business strategy frameworks and financial modeling
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional and executive-level teams
