About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Audit and Compliance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.
- Transaction Management: Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.
- Analytics and Reporting: Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.
- Process Maintenance: Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is preferred.
- No Prior Experience Required: While prior experience is not required, at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Equity Plan Products: Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
