Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and digitizing data such as invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate, adhering to arenaflex's data management standards.
  • Keeping a record of hard copy data such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Attending data queries and reporting any major data errors to management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the integrity of arenaflex's data.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in data management and administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent knowledge of data entry software, such as Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members, ensuring seamless teamwork and coordination.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm, with excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
