Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data entry clerk to join our team at our Elk Grove Village headquarters. As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources, answering phones, tracking shipments, and organizing paperwork. Responsibilities

As a data entry clerk at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Entering data from various sources (paper, image, phone, and/or email) with accuracy and speed
• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery of goods
• Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer service and timely delivery of goods

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office required
• Transportation industry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
