Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support through online chat interactions. You will engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and address issues. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, collaborate with team members to optimize online chat support processes, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
