Your Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to our customers' problems. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems
- Work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
- Empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
- A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of Financial Services experience or Banking experience
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Schedule
* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m. EST
- Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
- Schedules are adjusted per time zone
Compensation
* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- Work From Home: $43,680 - $43,680 for Fascinator, Coordinator
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

Work from Home Location Requirements
* This role is 100% work from home. We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
