Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers, efficiently gathering necessary information and directing it to the relevant clinicians. * Assisting callers in various scenarios, ranging from routine inquiries to emotionally sensitive situations. * Delivering outstanding customer service while upholding professionalism, even in challenging circumstances. * Operating remotely from your designated home office following a comprehensive two-week training and orientation program. * Managing calls in a fast-paced environment, adapting to periods of high and low activity. * Maintaining composure and professionalism when addressing difficult or emotional calls. * Working evening and weekend shifts, including occasional holiday work, compensated at a premium rate.
