Job Description

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality support to our card members. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner, while also assisting card members with billing inquiries, payment processing, account updates, and transaction disputes. You'll provide accurate information about our products, services, and rewards programs, and offer solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Assist card members with billing inquiries, payment processing, account updates, and transaction disputes.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and rewards programs.
  • Offer solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to compliance and security guidelines to protect customer information.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

* No prior experience required – we provide full training!

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection.
