Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat. You'll also learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships. Additionally, you'll use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments. Your creativity and innovative problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is nothing-but-wonderful
- Learn and master our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments
- Develop creative solutions to address customer pain points and trends, continually improving the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
Who You Are:
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're a creative and innovative problem solver who can think outside the box and adapt to new challenges. As a sensitive and skillful communicator, you can adjust your tone and communication style to suit your audience. You're eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, and you're highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows. You're also able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision.
Requirements:
* Ability to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
- Quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) to fulfill your shifts
- Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
- Laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
