As a Data Entry Compliance Processor I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry and paperwork verification related to our Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and other arenaflex programs.
Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Compliance Processor I, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Verification: Transfer data from scanned images into excel spreadsheets with precision and accuracy, ensuring that all information is complete and up-to-date.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct thorough audits and reviews of all required CACFP documentation and systems to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures.
- Claims and Reports: Submit state claims and internal reports in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to all guidelines and regulations.
- Data Entry from State Websites and Internal Forms: Accurately enter data from state websites and internal forms, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.
- Compliance Concerns: Identify and bring up compliance concerns, providing recommendations for improvement and resolution.
- Menu Review: Review menus from arenaflex centers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Clerical and/or Office Experience: Previous clerical and/or office experience is preferred, with a focus on data entry and compliance.
- 10-Key Proficiency: Proficiency in 10-key typing is preferred, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and speed.
- Independence and Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and stay on task is essential, with a strong motivation to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical in this role, with a focus on ensuring compliance and regulatory excellence.
