Experienced Data Entry Operator – Work from Home, Fulltime Opportunity with arenaflex

Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data. You'll be responsible for verifying data from source documents, identifying and correcting errors, and preparing files for submission. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify data from source documents according to established procedures and rules
- Identify and correct typographical errors, missing or repeated data, and ensure correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits
- Search entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information
- Complete timesheets on a weekly basis
- Follow standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as required
- Work with clearly defined procedures and acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks
Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent
- Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
- Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
- Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
- Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
- Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
- High-speed internet capability
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with virtual teams and remote work
Training and Development
* Training classes will be scheduled approximately 2 months after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process
