Experienced Freelance Customer Experience Strategist – Part Time Opportunity at arenaflex

We're currently seeking an experienced Freelance Customer Experience Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis through early 2025. This exciting opportunity will require approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week) and is starting immediately.
What You'll Be Working On
As a Freelance Customer Experience Strategist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of comprehensive communications plans that drive engagement and conversion
- Creating channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and platform best practices
- Reviewing and refining creative assets to ensure they meet the required standards and resonate with target audiences
- Developing and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems, mapping creative assets to audiences across the customer journey
- Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more
How You'll Excel In Your Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of driving results and growth
- A deep understanding of the principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth
- Availability for meetings in the PST timezone, with the ability to contribute independently to project requirements without requiring extensive oversight or training
- A clear, confident, and inspiring communication style that resonates with colleagues and clients alike
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing customer experience strategies that drive engagement and conversion
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, email, and app engagement
- Familiarity with brand building and measurement principles, including brand trackers and audience segmentation
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Certification in digital marketing or customer experience strategy (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Customer Experience Certification)
