Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Entry Level Position, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Addressing and resolving client issues or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all clients receive a positive and personalized experience.
  • Assisting clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, providing expert recommendations and guidance to meet their needs.
  • Researching and recommending travel options based on client preferences and budget, ensuring that all recommendations are tailored to meet their specific requirements.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring that all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and of high quality.
  • Accurately inputting and updating data into company systems and databases, maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Providing support to senior consultants and other team members as needed, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
  • Assisting with project coordination and follow-up tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with travel booking and planning is a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that all deadlines are met and clients receive a positive experience.
