* Providing support to end-users by establishing organization and user credentials.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless transition for clients to the new application system.
* Adapting to project needs with flexible shift options available: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST).
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (>40 WPM).
* Language Skills: Strong command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous).
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
