Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Entry II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries
  • Serving as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries, including pricing, products, scheduling, and more
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty
  • Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
  • Performing a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies
  • Working collaboratively with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices
  • Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
  • Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
  • Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site

Minimum Qualifications:

* 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or related role

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong attention to detail
  • Certification or relevant education may be preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Additional Responsibilities:

* Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and identify causes and remedies
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of SharePoint and VPN systems
