The Role

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of bilingual customer support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. You'll be the face of our company, representing arenaflex and our values to our customers, and will be expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and reliability at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of bilingual customer support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer support team
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer support or leadership role

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, psychology)

  • Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with project management software and tools
