Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. You'll be responsible for entering specific data into our systems, managing data, and ensuring that it's easily accessible at all times. Your main goal will be to keep data in order, so it's readily available for analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Input new information into database systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Create and manage spreadsheets using MS Office tools, such as Excel
  • Control data probity by performing comparative analysis of different sources
  • Regularly update existing database system records to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Produce reports and retrieve data as requested by stakeholders
  • Perform regular backup and security database activities to prevent data loss
  • Document, organize, and store relevant documents to maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes

Requirements

* Previous working experience as a Data Entry Clerk for at least 2 years

  • Fast typing skills (minimum 60 words per minute)
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools, such as MS Office Word
  • 2 years of experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Excel, etc.)
  • Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on arenaflex's success
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze data and identify trends
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
  • Experience working with cloud-based database systems (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)

* Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
