Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, maintain, and oversee relationships with organization and corporate clients, including contract or program discussion and execution, project management, account performance assessment, and support of agreements with key client interfaces.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify opportunities and develop tailored strategies to drive revenue and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Corporate and Office Sales Improvement, Revenue Management, Sales Projects, Market Development, and Sales Support Center, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account executives, sales teams, and customer success managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the travel industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and escalating complex issues to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's sales processes and procedures, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's customer base, including customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and develop tailored strategies to drive revenue and performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's sales processes and procedures, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's customer base, including customer needs, preferences, and pain points.

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry.

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.

  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's customer base, including customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
