Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior team members or management
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Reliable private internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
  • Secure home office environment with minimal background noise and distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a financial institution or related industry

  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Experience with CRM software and workflow management tools
